In an effort to maintain the safety of our employees and customers, we are enacting the following measures while continuing to provide services to our metro communities:

If you need to order radios, scanners, accessories or pick up an order, a repair, or rental radios please call ahead for instructions. 816-753-2166
Our field service crews will continue in-field service work as scheduled or emergency service work as needed and where appropriate. Our techs are instructed to call ahead to ensure we adhere to each customer’s on-site safety policies and that Commenco’s off-site safety policies are able to be followed, again for the safety of everyone concerned.
Our sales staff is still available for urgent requests and can best be reached via email, LinkedIn, through our website CONTACT FORM, or by calling our main number during normal business hours, 816-753-2166.
As Commenco has been serving our metro community since 1951, we believe it is our civic responsibility to help our community any way we can.
If you’re a local (Kansas City metro area) hospital or healthcare facility and need extra radios for your remote testing sites or additional staff, please contact us. We will do our best to provide radio resources for your use at no charge through April 24, or whenever the “Stay at Home” order is lifted.
To request radios, please submit a REQUEST A PRICE QUOTE form. There may be some restrictions due to federal requirements so please be as precise as you can when requesting units.
We understand the fluidity of the situation and will post any changes to our procedures on this page. Please take care and God bless.
