Covid-19 Service Center Procedures
In an effort to maintain the safety of our team and our community, we have enacted the following safety measures:
Our front service door is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
Our field service crews will continue on-site service work as scheduled and emergency services as needed. Our techs are instructed to call ahead to ensure we adhere to each customer’s on-site safety policies and that Commenco’s off-site safety policies are able to be followed for the safety of everyone concerned.
If you plan to enter our facility, you will be asked to complete a COVID-19 Visitor Questionnaire form when you arrive.
If you answer ‘Yes’ to any of the “Self-Declaration by Visitor” questions, we cannot allow you to enter our building. You only need to fill out the form once upon your initial arrival, but please notify Commenco immediately if any of your answers change. If you are scheduled to be in the building on multiple days, please also list the days you plan to be on-site.
